What Ethics ABA?
America is founded on common law ethics traced back to the Bible and antiquity what ethics is the ABA founded on?
The American Bar Association claims they were “founded in 1878 on a commitment to set the legal and ethical foundation for the American nation.” This raises the question, what ethics are the ABA committed to setting into place?
America’s government and constitutional law are set upon a bedrock foundation of Christian Biblical ethics in the common law. The form of America’s three branches of government comes from Isaiah 33:22 “For the Lord is our Judge, the Lord is our Lawgiver, the Lord is our King, he will save us.” The judiciary branch is supposed to declare the law and see justice is done. The legislature is supposed to write the laws to guide government behavior and organize commerce in pursuance of the 51 Constitutions. The executive branch is supposed to enforce the laws benefiting all Americans. Then when governing ourselves under God's authority We the People have Liberty.
After almost 150 years of setting a legal and ethical foundation what are the fruits of the American Bar Association's involvement? How has the ABA influenced America's judicial, legislative, and executive branches?
Our 51 constitutions guarantee We the People a trial by jury with due process of law according to the maxims of law. The founders created a judicial system protecting the People's rights, assuming innocence, until the facts and law were determined by a jury of peers. Now the ABA influenced courts are operating without maxims of law using legislative civil and criminal procedures. Most cases are arbitrary administrative tribunals without assumed innocence, no jury determining facts or law, and no independent judge to oversee the process. The process ABA members helped create and facilitate daily is repugnant to America's 51 constitutions.
America's 51 constitutions create legislative bodies whose main job is to provide remedy and redress of grievance to the People while creating rules to guide the behavior of government agents and to regulate corporations, creatures of the state, whose lawful charters must only benefit the People. Now the ABA influenced legislature rarely hears the People's grievances, and even more rarely provides remedy. Instead, under ABA attorney guidance, repugnant laws abrogating the People's inherent rights are proposed and passed. Corporate interests run roughshod over the People's interests. The main purpose of the legislature, redress and remedy for the People, has been minimized and powers not granted, assisting corporate interests, are used with ABA member’s blessings.
The executive branch across all 51 constitutions creates a lawful framework to maintain order and protect the People from those who will not self govern and trespass against People's rights. Under ABA member guidance America has one of the highest incarceration rates of People worldwide. Corporations intrude into People's private lives collecting information without regard for privacy rights. The costs to shepherd a court case against a corporate or government entity are too high for most People to defend their rights. When an executive branch member does attempt to do right by the American People, like by removing illegal aliens, an army of ABA attorneys and judges shows up to defend the interlopers.
America was founded and is currently a country based on law and order following the text, history and tradition of the common law. The great ethical tradition of the common law is expressed written in the Bible and unwritten in the laws of nature. The rotten fruits of the ABA's influence across all three branches of government show the American Bar Association is not supporting America's common law ethics. The day has come to realize all politicians and companies relying on ABA member advice and ethical guidance are likely in direct conflict with the constitutional laws of America and all 50 States. Almost 150 years of repugnant results prove the ethics the ABA spoke about in 1878 at their founding are not the ethics America was founded on.
Ask your local representatives, are you depending on advice from someone in an organization whose historical results are unconstitutional and anti-American? Why are unelected ABA members being allowed to influence our judicial processes, law making and law enforcement in unconstitutional ways? Where did they get constitutional authority to have any input between the People and our agents and representatives in government? Please show me where the ABA, American Bar Association, was given any authority in any of America's 51 constitutions. If no authority is found, isn't it maladministration, a crime, to spend time and money delegating powers to members of an organization undermining the common law tradition of America?
Trump v. United States 603 U.S. (2024) There is no immunity for unofficial acts.
I'm confused because you highlight common law and common law ethics and the internet search definition for that says it's based on precedents set by previous decisions and isn't that what got us off track in the first place? Rather than going straight to our founding documents and God Given Liberty? Isn't that where BAR comes from? British Accredited Regency?
I really appreciate you sharing this. I think you have great points....I'm just getting my sea legs...haha and my Living Woman Legs
